Ann Shuster (New Cumberland, PA) plays piano and Donn Williams (Washington, DC) on guitar, concertina and bodhran are original founding members. Bruce Young (State College, PA) on fiddle joined the band in 1997, replacing Terry Boyd.

Tea & Spice plays the usual mix of jigs, reels and hoedowns for Contra Dancing but also enjoys English Country Dance music immensely. Thus, the "Tea" usually finds its way into the set. The "Spice" comes in the form of music from non-dance genres such as musicals, Disney melodies and Pop tunes; not in every set but enough for seasoning and flavor.
